One contract, three things inside
An operating lease separates the use of the asset from owning it. You get the complete lighting installation and pay a fee; the asset stays with whoever finances it. It never enters your fixed assets and does not eat your credit line.
The formula comes from working with Booking My Hotel and from Domorental services. The financial side comes from there; the light comes from us: choice of luminaires, lighting calculation and design.
Delivery
Luminaires reach the site ready, in the quantities and colour temperatures set in the design.
Installation
Fitting is inside the All Inclusive formula: it is not a separate line to negotiate later.
Rental
One fee for the agreed term, calculated on the supply you chose and not on a standard rate card.

The options you decide on
Three services sit outside the base fee and switch on only if you want them. They earn their place when the installation is large or the property has no in-house maintenance: there the cost of a failure is not the part, it is the room left dark.
Insurance
Covers the asset for the term of the contract, accidental damage included.
Maintenance
Planned against the declared service life of the luminaires, not on call.
Replacement
A failed unit is swapped without reopening a purchase negotiation.
