The specification goes into the factory, not through an importer
On a contract project time is the deciding variable. When the supplier is also the manufacturer, a change does not cross three desks: it gets made.

The documents site asks for, produced by whoever builds the piece.
Certification included
CE, UKCA, GS and ETL/UL are decided in production along with everything else.
The client can see
Quotations, orders, progress and digitally signed approvals, in a reserved area.
