PARTNER PROGRAMME
Become an official Lightinup partner
Two programmes, one for those who sell and one for those who design. Reserved pricing, the documents for your role and lighting designs on your own plans.
What changes once you are a partner
Reserved pricing
40% off the online catalogue, applied to your account: not a discount code, a price list of your own.
The documents for your role
A reserved area for each programme, holding the material that trade needs — and not another one's.
Designs on your own plans
Send us the floor plan and the lighting design comes back: calculations, positions, rendering. On your project, not on a sample.
Bespoke as standard
Sizes, finishes and light sources change in production, and that holds for catalogue products too.
The two programmes
Resident Manager
Distributors and agents
You don't represent a catalogue: you represent the factory. There is no importer and no wholesaler between you and production, and the margin that elsewhere is split three ways stays inside your negotiation.
- Your own price list, not a discount code
The reserved price list is applied to your account: you log in and the prices are already yours, across the whole online catalogue. No codes to remember, no email requests. - What the client configures is what gets built
That is immersive manufacturing: your client composes online, sees the piece in 3D and augmented reality, and receives exactly that. The presentation is not a courtesy render — it is the piece. - The certifications are already in hand
CE, UKCA, GS, UL/ETL: the very ones your client must produce at handover. Having them ready removes the slowest chapter of any tender. - Two companies, two markets
Lightinup Srl for Italy and Europe, Lightinup International Ltd for the United Kingdom and from there Canada and the United States. Contract, currency and support are your market's, not a translation of ours.
On approval the Resident Manager area opens: price list, sales documents and support on quotations.
Resident Professional
Architects, interior designers, contract
You design spaces where light is part of the drawing, not a fitting chosen at the end. Here the piece is not searched for in a catalogue: it is drawn.
- Truly bespoke, from zero
Shape, size, material, finish, light source, wiring and certification. Not a catalogue with a few variants: if it does not exist, we draw it and we make it. - The lighting design on your own plans
Send the plan and the calculation comes back: positions, output, colour temperatures. On your own project, not on a sample — and that is what you take into the meeting. - Twenty years of drawings, exclusively yours
An archive of already engineered pieces you will not find elsewhere, which you can put forward as part of your own project instead of hunting for an equivalent on the market. - 3D configurator and AI consulting
The client sees the room before it exists, and you close the presentation with something no competitor brings to the table.
On approval the Resident Professional area opens: price list, technical sheets and designs on your own plans.

What you open in front of the client
The 3D configurator and Lumina Forge are public: you open them in a meeting without logging anyone in. And the price they show already includes your margin and the discount you can give — you do not recalculate anything, and you do not risk a wrong quote while someone is watching you.

Twenty years of drawings, granted to you
An archive of already engineered pieces — large chandeliers and installations for five-star hotels — no longer under copyright and granted for exclusive use, with drawing, datasheet and manual. It is the one thing a competitor cannot copy: it is an archive, not technology. Under an exclusive NDA the project is recorded as yours, indefinitely.

And the marketing works for you
We do not ask you to promote us: we promote you. International web positioning in four languages on your projects; title block, datasheet and manual carrying your logo; twenty exclusive models in your name, advertised for twelve months, sellable B2B and B2C with the royalty credited to you. And if you prefer discretion, the public page is optional: you appear nowhere and lose nothing else.
How you earn, and on what
Direct commissions on every order from your clients. Indirect commissions on the orders of colleagues in other areas who join the network through you — bringing in a colleague does not take market from you, it adds some. And an e-commerce commission: on every online B2C order coming from your area, including the ones you did not follow yourself.
And the levers you close with are not improvised discounts: they are already priced into the public list, so the margin survives after you have given them. Bulbs always included — on a project with dozens of fittings that is a line the competitor has to quote and you do not. Warranty extended to five years, which moves the risk from the client to us. And the lighting design included in the final price, on the architect's own floor plans: it is the service that turns a supply into a consultancy.
The lead times you can promise
These are the factory's times, not a sales estimate.
24-48 hours
to find an alternative within the range when a line item does not fit
One week
for drawings and models on request
7-15 days
for catalogue products, handmade
15 working days
for artisanal made to order
60 working days
for a fully customised piece, built from scratch
Who you are facing, and what they actually buy
A high-end private client buys uniqueness: a piece that exists only in their project. An architecture practice buys time — a drawing ready in a week is worth more than a discount. An FF&E consultant buys documentary certainty: datasheets, certifications, manuals. Luxury hospitality buys continuity and five-year support, not the lowest price. These are four different negotiations, and the full contract route is the FF&E service.
What you find in the reserved area
A portal access: you see the documents linked to you and to your assigned clients, not the whole back office. Quotations already at your price list, orders with their progress, invoices and statement, projects with technical drawings and real-time comments, support with its history, digitally signed approvals, appointments. And you can give your own client access to their project — which is the thing others do not do.
And the reserved folders: dossiers of real FF&E projects to show in a meeting — not fantasy renderings, things delivered; the archive of industrial drawings with datasheets and manuals; images and video of the production, which you need when a client asks «do you really make them yourselves?», and they all ask; company profile and renderings ready to attach to an offer.
How you become a partner
1 · You send the application
One form, with the company name, the VAT number and the role you are asking for. Two minutes is enough.
2 · We assess it
We look at who you are and what you do. It is not automatic: both programmes are exclusive by territory and by trade.
3 · On approval everything opens
From that moment you see the reserved pricing and your role's area, with the credentials we email you.
Registering as a company gives you invoicing and B2B purchasing: not the partner pricing. That opens only when the application is approved.
