We design, manufacture and certify to measure
On a contract project time is the deciding variable. With us the specification does not pass through an importer: it goes straight to the factory.
From the specification to the built piece
A tender arrives as a list of line items. The AI lighting consultant reads it and produces the lighting design and the commercial offer; if an item does not exist in the catalogue, Lumina Forge draws it. You do not need to give us a drawing.
From specification to design
The list of items becomes a lighting design and a commercial offer. What is missing from the catalogue, we draw.
The document you sign off
Dimensioned shop drawing, bill of materials, construction details and a title block carrying the project identifier: a technical office reads it, a supplier builds from it, an inspector files it.
And then it is made
We manufacture: there is nobody between you and the factory. Shape, material, finish, source and certification are decided in production.
How long it takes depends on what is asked
These are not three ways of saying the same thing: they are three different jobs, and a specification should say which of the three it is asking for.
The project stays visible
- 01
The reserved area
Quotations, orders, progress, technical drawings and digitally signed approvals, in one place.
- 02
Access for your client
You can give it to them too. It is the thing others do not do, and it is what removes the progress-chasing phone calls.
- 03
The mock-up room
A physical sample before supply, with CE, UKCA, GS and ETL/UL conformity ready in advance.
We also work as a substitute
«Cover» solutions are an improved alternative to products already specified in a tender, matching the same lighting requirement. It is not a fallback: it is the case where the specification is written and the supply is not yet closed.
At the same requirement
The alternative has to hold the same calculation, not resemble the specified product. The comparison is on the numbers.
Immersive manufacturing
The client sees the piece before it exists, and what they saw is what gets built.
The configurator in the meeting
For LED track compositions it opens in front of the client, and the choice is made while looking at it.
One says who we have worked with, the other what we can draw
They sound alike and they are not. Both are worth opening, because they answer two different questions a specifier always asks together.
Send us the specification, we send back the design
The lighting consultant reads the list of items and produces the design and the offer. If an item does not exist, we draw it.
